Less than a week!

Wow, 5 days till surgery.... on one hand, it can't get here soon enough, and on the other, well.... you know. One of the good things about being experienced with this is that we have an idea of what to expect. Praying that there are no post-op complications like last time though!!! We've heard that OSIS is more efficient and will get us out quicker. We should find out the exact time for J's surgery on Friday afternoon & I will post let everyone know.

Things @MHC are going well.... Continuing to study the Gospel of Luke on Sundays and building relationships with all the great people in our Community Group on Thursdays! We have been very blessed by the loving body that has embraced us there.

Been busy preparing things for Paula's wedding this July... hoping it won't be too too hot at 5pm on a summer evening! Everything is falling into place it seems, and we enjoyed a lovely bridal shower on May 30 at my parent's house. Still hard to believe she is getting married in a month - Time is flying by!

Don't know how much traveling we will get to do this summer, but we are really hoping to get out camping in our pop-up a few times, visit friends in TX, and see Tina up in Pueblo... It's crazy to think it is already June!!! We had a nice visit with Jacob's Aunt Lynne, brother & sister-in-law, Matt & Chrissy, & their kids, Parker & Grace. Went to the Isotopes Make A Wish night to start off the visit! The kids loved the aquarium, botanical gardens, and hanging out at our house. Katie took some time off work and brought Alyx to join the festivities as well. Here are some photos from that week....
