On March 16, 2012, we lost a dear friend, named Isaac... he worked as a firefighter/EMT-I for SF county and Jacob knew and worked with him for about 9 years. He passed away at the age of 25. We were privileged to be part of his memorial service in SF - full FD Honors for a "fallen brother".
It was incredible.
