Adoption Attorney

   We met with the attorneys last week at the Roybal-Mack Law Firm. They read our story in the Journal and wanted to help with our adoption, so they generously offered to perform all the legal services free of charge. This includes filing our paperwork to the state, setting up court hearings, and making everything official. They were very sweet ladies and have worked with adoptions before, especially with children placed in foster care or adopted through CYFD. They also volunteered to help us complete the paperwork for a will and power of attorney. 

   It was great to establish a relationship with them and alleviated some of our questions and anxieties related to the legal aspect of things. They sound well experienced and like ladies we will enjoy working with. We are grateful for the blessing of that meeting and how smoothly it went, as well as the donation of their services.

     We have been collecting more forms and working on the long list of essay questions - about halfway through the 15 pages (each)! We are making progress! haha And, another friend from our church family generously gave us a check for $1,000!!! We are continually amazed at the blessings God is pouring out upon us and the incredible ways He provides!
